A female reader, anonymous, writes (24 January 2013):

Its all the negative pressure being put on you and the more you dwell on it then the worse it is going to get. You have tried your best so you have done everything that you could have down and you can't change it so you need to look forward because you bound to have a thoughts about it but worrying isn't going to do any good it will just get you into the

pattern of doing it more. So all you can do is hope for the best and at these times you need to keep yourself busy and go and do things that you enjoy.

Hope this helps.

janniepeg agony auntStress is there to help you focus and goads you into working harder. You have to stop your mind and regroup. It takes the brain time to adjust to changes. You are experiencing a crash because you did your best and then there is nothing to do now but worry. Instead of resting you still have that excess energy.

You work and support your family as a plan B. Don't look at that as a failure. You should be applauded by your efforts. You can work your way up and in your work you are gaining education as well, because you are practicing with real life.

Don't live your life for the 3 weeks after. It is important that there is something you enjoy, something you look forward to right now.

Its the anxiety of waiting for results. Just relax, remember you gave it your best shot and at this point in time you can't change the outcome, so switch off and go have fun with friends.

It is now out of your hands. I used to pray and seek guidance when waiting for results - worked for me. As its in Gods hands.
