reader, anonymous, writes (11 January 2010): Are you sure that your testes are not descended and in your scrotum? Sometime they do pull up, but if you've never felt a ball in the bag, you should go get a physical and see if there's anything up. Odds are good your fine, but if not, it's worth checking!
