writes: im 18 and have been with my girlfriend two years and have recently began to get a bit irritated with her over little things. She is quite immature and her mum is also and she is quite spoilt and manipulative and always thinks she is being hard done by. The strange thing is i have only began to feel like this and i don't know why?

It might just be taking its toll on you. Maybe other things are bothering you now too and it amplifies the effect of her annoying tendencies.
Take a step back and ask yourself where you see this whole thing going. Do you see it going much longer? And if so, can you actually stand it? What kind of a future will this lead to? Manipulation and being spoiled with a victim mentality doesn't exactly sound like a great combination.
