writes:I spilt with a girl after two years. I found out she was seeing someone else. I walk away cause no problem.It's always been tough for me as we work in the same building, and in the same building as the other guy .I haven’t caused any problem and for months she wouldn’t really speak to me, which I couldn’t work out why . I had tears and all sorts and sometimes she would do things like answer txt in strange messages about out having anything to smile about, things if you challenged her on she could give a valid excuse or answer.I have just tried to get on with it, I really have.I decided several weeks ago, I would cut all unnecessary contact with her no matter how limited. Which I did. I won’t deny she has effected me.The other guy by the way is a player and hand on heart she won’t be the only women in his life.Yesterday I had cause to go in a small kitchen at work, for a drink, she was several yards a way in the opposite direction, I glanced and saw her, she saw me. I go into the kitchen, and within 3 seconds she was in. I cant describe the layout but what I can say and trust me on this, she clearly without doubt followed me in the kitchen. I made some chit chat and it was pleasant, a couple of other people popped in and out but you could feel they felt uncomfortable with us.I later emailed her a follow o form our quick chat, nothing heavy at all a joke in fact, which I know got completely ignored.My question is this… what does this woman want from me? Why is she following me into rooms? (trust me I was followed) yet she makes effort to ignore emails or I suspect text if I sent them???What does she want and how should I deal with her????

Continue to ignore her.
She followed you in probably for any number of reasons. Perhaps she wanted to yell at you / tell you she loves you but got scared. Perhaps she wanted you to cry and beg for her back.
It doesn't really matter.
Just keep ignoring her and if she walks into a room after you then make your tea and walk out. You don't have to have conversations with her. Just be civil, reply to any questions she asks politely and briefly and get the hell out at your earliest chance.
I don't suppose there are any promotions going to other buildings / companies?
