He said he didn't like my friends because they weren't cool enough. He is real outgoing. So then I start high school, and I make lots of new friends and I am more outgoing. In fact all his friends talk to me now. He has a new girlfriend for like 2 months but he keeps doing all these random mean things to me, like saying stop looking at me weird in the hall, or that picture make you look kind of ugly and just other random stuff like that. I don't look at him in any kind of way, I hardly ever talk to him and I don't even like him anymore. Why does he act like this, what is his problem?

Maybe a little jealousy. You obviously have really come out of yourself since you dated and now he is maybe wondering at what he threw away. If he had any concern for you he would have worked with you and you would have developed as you have done but in the partnership. My advice, if there is any needed, is to be the bigger person and not let him get to you.
