Today she held the dinner queue for 5 minutes when there was only 4 of us left to go in because I was at the front she was going to let them in till she seen me.She stood over me at dinner saying if you stop gossiping you might get through it quicker, then she just kept looking at me so I stopped eating and she went aren't you eating it now and I said no, not now you have scared me. Then everyone had food on a trip and I bought a drink, people were eating around the place and when I took my drink out she confiscated it.She picks on me in class, I'm going to ask someone who never answers and straight away it's me.Everyone says to her why do you hate her and she says she doesn't... what's wrong with her?

These situations can get ugly if not handled properly; be sure that your teacher is actually being unfair to you by seeing if she treats others differently, because some are just generally mean :SIf she IS in the wrong and you're very sure, let your parents know and convince them you're not making it up (using examples of what she's done before)and ask if they can speak to your head of year/headteacher.In the meantime, take it on the chin and don't let it bother you too much; just be a good student and grin and bear it, until something can be done.I wish you the best of luck :D xx

Some people just shouldn't be teachers. Who knows what it is she dislikes about you, but obviously she has formed quite a grudge.
I would tell you parents about it, which is a difficult subject to approach - I think a lot of parents would assume you're imagining things or you gave her attitude first. So stress that this is not the case so that hopefully they will contact her superiors.
You shouldn't have to worry about being bullied by a teacher!
