 What he means is that he's been having sex with different girls over the past few days and he can't cum for some reason. He says the girls have got angry at him for not cumming but that he doesn't know the reason why it's not happening.
If you want my advice, I'd go to see a doctor. I think they'd give you better answers than the ones that you will receive here.
