On about four different occasions when I stayed over at his place he wanted me to share his bed, but he doesn't kiss me, except lightly on my lips to say goodnight and the last time I was there, I put my arms round him as I needed physical contact. A few moments later he said, As hard as I try, I can't stop smiling. That would suggest to me that he was happy that I cuddled him, but why doesn't it go any further and could it be to do with his equipment? Is he the type that waits for the woman to initiate?  Text time your over there. try the cuddleing thing and then if he responds then Give him a passsionet kiss and see how well he responds he might think that you just look at him as a really good friend and if he makes a move on you then he could ruin that. He might not know how you feel Have you told him. He be marriage before sex type. Ask him what he thinks about you and him dating and not being just friends anymore. Take your cue from his responces.Good Luck he sounds like a keeper. since he respects you that much not to try anything on you with out your aproval. GOD BLESS

I think he probably likes you but isn't sure if you like him. He also sounds inexperienced and shy.
You could say that he hasn't made a move because he doesn't want to, but that isn't necessarily true, because I've known men who really want to but are just too cautious to go for it. He sounds like one of them. So yes, in that case you would have to make the first move. Or talk to him about it ...
