writes:Why does my ex still want me to talk to him?,He also tells me the problams he has with his new gf and how he thinks it may not work between them,Like yesterday evening he rang me and said could not talk for long as shes going round her house, i no she doesnt like me but its like she doesnt know we still talk, Do you think he talks to me as he has no one else to talk to as none of his mates and family are sure about her,But then again he's trying to set me up with one of their mates. I'm so confused at the moment, we've only been split for 2 weeks, he broke it off to get with this girl which is his old ex gf,Basically I just don't understand why he still wants to talk to me and talk about her. PLEASE HELP ME XXXXXX

Firstly because he thinks you are ready to be his friend and give him advice, secondly he could be keeping you as a back up plan to come running back to if it goes wrong and thirdly, because you have not told him not to.
Next time he brings her up just say that you are not ready to talk about his new girlfriend as it upsets you.
Either that or stop taking his calls.
