Hello Agony Aunts/Uncles,

I have a problem with the person I'm currently 'seeing' if you can call it that. Basically for the past two/three months or so I've been talking to a guy pretty consistently that I met online, he's all up for phoning me, we webcam chat, we text and we're pretty much always having a laugh. We've talked about meeting a few times and he seems keen and excited like he wants to see me.

At first I said for him to come to where I live, we made plans and set a date, then he talked me into going over to where he lives instead, which I don't mind if we stay in public places.. Because I live with my parents its a bit more practical because he lives with his three housemates - so that stopped the original plans of him coming to see me.

So again, we talk and I say basically when do you want me to get the train to you, we arranged a date, one day when we were both free, then when it's coming up to the time, he says he's really skint at the minute, can we wait until pay day, which I say is fine I'm a student I know how tough money can be.

So pay day comes, and he suggests a date to come over which I give the all okay to and then the day before he says he is really ill can we make it another day, so I say that's fine.. I mean we all get ill right?

The next weekend comes when we've arranged to meet.. And he doesn't get in contact.. So I text on that morning and say "I take it we're not meeting today then?" he emails me back a couple days later saying "My phone has been cut off, I'm so sorry, my bill was £120, we can arrange another time to meet when I'm less skint. Sorry again babe."

So now my suspisions are rising, why does he act like he wants to meet me, pick me up and put me down like a doll he wants only sometimes? I'm so confused, could this all be coinsidences or does he really not wanna meet me? :/

All his excuses might be true but I think this guy just wants to get into your knickers. It sounds like he doesn't want to make the effort.
