I have noticed that guy B 's behaviour makes guy A very uncomfortable When guy A is not around then guy B still flirts but less . He also jokingly cruses and punches guy A around me. Both these guys are my coworkers who I have known for 2 years . They hangout in different groups but sometimes socialize together outside work with their groups. I am really confused by guy B ' s behavior. Why he acts so weird with me around guy A ?

If you like one off them then let them know, or if you are not interested again let them know. It is not fair on guy A to continually be made feel like this. Guy B knows what he is doing. He is warning A off you. Am not sure if he wants you for himself maybe he just thinks it is fun. Either way you should put a stop to it, because A sounds like a good guy and all this cannot be good for his confidence.

Are you interested in either of these guys, or are you just enjoying the show?! Maybe you could put an end the whole thing by making the first move- if you like any of them, that is!

Because Guy B's behaviour is more exaggerated when Shy Guy A is around I suspect Guy B is making his territory, letting Guy A know where he fall is the Macho Man Stakes ... a bit like a dog piddling every 3 feet where there is another dog around.
