well i dont see why sexual teasing would be a turn on? teasing is only a turn on when you first meet a guy, not once you get him in the bedroom and get him eroused. it's a turn on to see a guy climax and cum. that way you know you have really pleasured him. i told you, it is probably because of their age. girls dont like to see guys in pain. when you say you get blue balls, what exactly were you doing to get so eroused? were you touching eachother or just talking and playing around? because if she wasn't actually touching you or anything then it's not her fault that you get an errection and can't realise yourself. like i said before you need to learn how to control yourself sexually. it will probably come with age, as your hormones are all over the place.
