When I say hey to them they say hey back in a fake surprised way like they didn't see me when I know they saw me. I am not interested in these men in a romantic way. I've always been their friends and never led them on or anything. I simply just talk to them and try to be their friends. I know that people have off days sometimes and just don't want to talk. So I try not to take it offensively. However, I've noticed that they act like themselves with every other person in the room except me. This has been happening more and more lately. Do they think I like them or something and they are trying to keep their distance? It's frustrating because they act like I'm not there and they only do this around me. Any advice? Hmmm that's strange. Maybe one of them likes you and the other is just there for support of the friend. Or maybe they're interested in becoming friends, wish to hang out and not sure how to approach the subject with you.
I would ask them next time, "Hey do I stink today or something? What's going on with you two? Everything ok?". Just to see what they say.
