I didn't even start dating until I was nearly 18, my senior year of high school, and it wasn't until college, graduate school and now adulthood until I felt like men were noticing me. When boys are immature, they don't really want to work to be in a relationship with a girl. Dating is all status: who's girlfriend has the best hair, who's girlfriend is the prettiest and best-dressed and most popular. But when your friend gets older, goes to college and becomes a successful adult, there will probably be several men wanting to ask her for her number and to take her on dates. The thing is, it will get better for her, for sure. Plus, she will have a better self-identity and will probably know what kind of guy she wants to date. If she's ever down about it, tell her that today might not be her day, but it will be someday, and then the two of you can go out and do something fun together.

That's easy...Nice, smart girls are just that...SMART! Smart enough to stay away from jackass guys, and nice enough to still be friends with them.
In the Caribbean where I grew up, we called dumb girls that have alot of guys...clothes pins...Why? When you squeeze the head of a clothes pin, the legs open.
Tell your friend she is too smart to lower herself just to get a guy. Let the guys come up to her standards.
