Ok not all women do it, my friend used to either pump before hand or take forumla but I don't see it as an offence when I do see a woman feeding her baby. Women are welcome to put their input here too, but I just kinda wanted to see why some men have a problem with it. Reply to this Question

reader, anonymous, writes (17 January 2009): I'm not a man but I don't like seeing it. It's a private thing to do and I feel guilty even looking. When I'm older and I have kids, I wouldn't do it in public. Those women are brave though!

My girlfriend and I were sitting on a bench in the middle of a busy shopping mall when my kid got hungry, so she started feeding, we were approached by two women on two seperate occasions asking us why we didn't go somewhere private and do it.
I was incensed and asked her where's private in a shopping mall, she had the cheek to suggest the bathroom. I stood up and put my face about an inch away from hers and asked her would she eat her dinner there and to F**K off! She started crying and walked away.
My point is don't pay any attention to people like that unless they're ignorant enough to apporach you about it, I had to do everything in my power to stop myself knocking that woman out.

I remember as a child that I was admiring the women who where brave and had enough self esteem to feed in public, later with my own childeren I liked. Not all women have the courage or they feel some blockade and the milk is not coming if they try.
If some men have a problem with it, to me it seems that they are not even a little bit mature and cannot separate the sexual feelings and something as natural as a mother who's feeding her baby.
