Why do older guys always try to get at me? I can't find a boyfriend at my school...

A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

This year it seems like all my friends have boyfriends or love interests and i don't have anyone. I don't think i'm ugly or unattractive. I get compliments on my appearance. It seems like older guys are always trying to get at me but no guys at my school. I don't stink, i'm kinda popular and i'm not mean. Can someone please tell me what's wrong with me or the guys at my school?

P.S. Don't say maybe their out of my league because i don't have high standards

Stayc63088 agony auntHmm do you think they could be intimidated? Sometimes guys think a cute girl probably already has a boyfriend and dont bother approaching her to just get turned down. The fact that older guys want you (depending on what age you mean by "older"), is a compliment. There is nothing wrong with you. Maybe if you find a guy you find attractive who isnt a relationship, you should try talking to him. See what happens.
