Probably the usual orgasm response. We're discovering that orgasm is a very complicated thing in both men and women, involving quite a few hormones, proteins, pheremones, and other bits of alchemy that happen in a particular pattern and a particular amount.
I recall that when I was younger that whole-body tingle - a little like every little hair on your body is standing up on end - was quite intense and happened a second or two before the contractions of ejaculation. About the same time as you feel things shifting in your groin, as the plumbing reconfigures itself from being set up to pee, to being ready to carry the semen out of you.
