We started off by fingering and manually getting each other off and it was fine. then we thought about having sex so i went on the mini pill. But we decided against it because im 2 years younger than him and didnt want any chaance of pregnancy and we were quite happy with what we did. However lately, he can only finger me for a few seconds without it giving me a burning sensation. Last time this happened it was a few seconds then a burning sensation and then it ripped slightly. it was really painful. what's wrong? is it my pill? any advise would help thanks xx

Some girls break theirs using tampons, masturbating or by sports such as horseback riding or gymnastics. Some girls' don't break until they have sex, but however it happens, sometimes there can be some bleeding and pain.
If the burning feeling is happening every time it might be that you have some kind of infection. As your boyfriend is older, has he been sexually active in the past? Or can you trust him 100% that he hasn't cheated on you? It could be that you've caught something from him during your manual sex. Of course, it could be a yeast infection so don't jump in accusing him straight away.
Either way you can't have a satisfying physical relationship with your partner (however far you decide to take it) whilst you're in pain, so you need to check out with your GP, or at a confidential STD clinic just to make sure and try to clear this up. But don't forget that if you do find out that you have an STD, you have to tell your boyfriend before you have sex, especially as you're considering it unprotected (the mini-pill does not protect against disease) so he can get treated and does not infect you again.
