I am always feeling stressed out about sumthing .. and i don't know what it is , like i will be on summer vacation .. and it is supposed too be relaxing, and such .. and i am feeling stressed out or at schoool, i will always be strssed out and feel like im missing something . like i didnt doo my homeowrk like i forgot to do soemthing but i never did .. or when i leave the house i always feel like i forgot something .. but really i havn't or i will be sitting at home having soo many things rushing in my mind , like at night timne i can't even sleep cause i am soo stressed out .. and i was wondering what that could be ? I think you need to work on relaxing. When you feel stressed out, just stop and take a few deep breaths, and calmly try to figure out what it is that you're stressing out about. In this situation, I would advise you to start doing some basic meditation/breathing exercises- even if it's just for 10 minutes a day. It's a great stress reducer.
Also try to make a to-do list for the day or week. And when you finish doing a particular thing (like homework) then just check it off. This can help get you better organized as well.
