For me the reason I am not very happy after a sexual interaction with myself or with others is that it doesn't feel good anymore. And I am sad at first to begin with and this isn't something you can change with god or getting a spouse. This can happen with god and having a spouse its normal. It says on many pages that your body releases chemicals. The happy chemical is circulated threw your body then when you orgasm your body stops having those chemicals to make you happy so you get sad and anxiety or depression episode happens. And it can be from self esteem, or you arent liking what your doing, or a lot of other things.

It's because we build up an enormous amount of hormones and bodily chemicals during any sexual stimulation, and it gives us a natural high. And final orgasm is a release of all of these natural feel-good chemicals.
Like any chemical that causes you to feel good, coming off it makes you feel down. Your brain wants more of the chemical, and isn't getting it.
I feel the same after any orgasm, alone or with a partner.

Maybe you sometimes feel sad, lonely, down and you want some love and attention from someone who'll love you unconditionally and be there for you emotionally, someone who'll support you no matter what and you can trust them and tell them anything, and or your searching for a purpose in life.
Hence you may try to replace those sad feeling through masterbating, which may seem alluring at first but it leaves you with emptiness as it doesnt answer what your really searching for a purpose in life, love, support, happiness. Maybe try searching of meaning of life, and pray to God, it may help:

I think that you hate the fact that its not an emotional connection with someone else. I think that you should wait until it hurts and you need that release or that you meet that right person and use masturbation as a way to wait for him and you have someone to think about while you do it.
