Hello

I'm an 18 years old dutch boy.

Two months ago i broke up with my girlfriend. I'm not sure why, i just felt that we were not right for eachother. We never had fights, but i knew that somewhere in the future we would have problems.

Sometimes when we had something planned, when i woke up that day I felt nauseous. So I had to cancel our plans. And when i cancelled them, i felt almost instantly better.

Ever since I broke up with her, I have been feeling nauseous, especially in the morning when i catch myself thinking about her. I think I miss her, but i do not want to go back. We were very happy together but i do not want to be with her anymore.

I just need to get over her, I think. But how? I hope someone can help me. I'm a very sensitive person, i have to say. Maybe that's my problem?

How do I stop feeling nauseous?

Hello!

I think you may get nauseous because you are anxious. I think that breaking up was for the best from what you describe. I think the only way to get over her is sadly Time. Just try to keep yourself busy. Hang out with friends. The more free time you have the more you will think of her.

I wish you the best!
