 Congrats on the pregnancy. I cant see how a doctor can say that bleeding down there is nothing wrong but there we are. We have to trust them right.
I'm 6 months pregnant myself and sex has to become a little more gentle while you are pregnant.

I would go back to see your doctor as I dont think things are "fine" if you bleed everytime you masterbate. That doesn't sound "normal" if you get what I mean.
When I first started having sex it took me ages to get in the 'habit' of cumming. If you do go back to your doctors I would mention that you have trouble cumming.
