writes: ok well i'm back for more great advice!!! ok my girlfriend text me the otherday and asked me if i was going to homecoming, i am a shy kinda guy and i hate going to school events so i said that i was not sure, she replyed saying "ok, there is a guy who asked me ifi would go with him", ok that throws up a red flag right so i text her back saying " ok who was it?, and you told him no right?" this gets me started nervis, she relply's "ok i don't want you to get mad, it was *******, and he just wanted to know if we could go as friends" ok well ****** likes her, i know this because he told me so, also ****** likes him so that throws up a really big red flag and gets me really angry because i have trusted her on things like this before and she has always Cheated on me, do i texted her back " what the **** and how dare you think that would be ok after all we have been thru" and i ended up calling him and cussing him out and all this great groovy stuff and and me and her finally talked and worked it all out that she couldn't go with him and that she wasnt allowed to be alone with him but they could still text( which i found out later they were having text sex while we were dating) and they could talk on the phone( found out later they were having phone sex while we were still dating) any who everything is all hunky dorry so i thought she called me up while i was at my grandpa's and asked me to go to the fireworks with her i said that i couldnt' because the started in 1 hour it would take 1 1/2 to get there and they would be over in 1/2 hour so that would be stupid right??? so i get off the phone so later on i found out that the guy was there and they didnt do anything (our freinds say diffrent) and at this point i'm saying ok i think we should take a "break" and talk about this whole thing and she says i think we should take a long break... were done! i say ok, why? she says cauz your not steering my steering wheel! days go by we are not dating but every morning she gives me a kiss at school and tells me how much she loves me and crap and so on why did we break up then? what the hell is going on in im so confused and i need advice we have been going out i love her she is my world and we have been so through so much why why why !!!!!!!PLease HElp ME ~

 To be honest im shocked you've gone through the whole txt sex and phone sex. I think it is you dont spend time with her and maybe shes missing that attention. I know my guy doesnt give me alot of attention so you crave it from people who will. Just suprise her with something you would normally never do maybe she will see that you do want to be with her and spend time with her. Homecoming is a speacial thing as well and i think you should have gone wit her because it if you didnt go i reckon she couldnt of enjoyed her self. Just remember there are two of you in this relationship, just talk to her ask he what went wrong in you relationship, because if she keeps telling you that she loves you, she must be wanting you to make another go at it. reader, anonymous, writes (17 September 2006): Ok, it seems as though she may have ended it because you're not spending enough time with her. She wanted you to go to hamecoming with her and you didn't want to, and she asked you if you wanted to go to the fireworks and you couldn't make it but maybe you could have gone anyway just so you could see her after the fireworks even if you did miss it. Maybe she has turned to this other guy for attention because she isn't getting it from you.
If you want her back, you're probably going to have to change. Girls like attention, show her just how much you love her and do more things with her.
