writes:ok this shy guy who flirts with me suddenly came right besides me and put his hands on my shoulder and said how are you to me. ..I was shocked because he is very shy guy and never touches any other female at all and also he gets nervous around me a lot so that's why I was shocked. ..but I didn't mind it as he is a very decent guy otherwise...why did he do that ?

 He is shy but he flirts with you? Well my guess is that he was also flirting with you here again by showing body contact. Do you like this guy? If so then maybe make the next move, and if you don't like him then don't flirt back.

Well if, like you said he usually flirts with you, and you put up with it, maybe this is him making his move, trying to get closer to you. If that's the case it must have taken him a lot of courage to try it, considering how shy he is. If you like him back, I'd just do something similar back to him, and engage in a conversation - looks like the guy needs some help. If you don't like him, don't play along and get his hopes up, eventually he'll get the hint and move on.
