writes:In September I started college and started casually seeing a guy that was living near me. We had both been hurt in the past and agreed that we were both happy to keep it casual. Things were fine for 2 months and then he suddenly stopped talking to me for no reason. He didnt call over, he didnt call, he didnt text. I have no idea why this was but decided I wasnt going to contact him first if he was being funny with me for no reason. Last night he rang my apartment at 2 in the morning and didnt say anything when i picked up. I havent talked to him or seen him in 2 weeks. I dont know what he rang for, why he didnt say anything why he rang and why he suddenly wont talk to me? I'm so confused :(

He may have got feelings for you, and seeing as you agreed to keep things casual he may now have backed off to avoid his feelings getting stronger.Or he may just feel he doesn't want to continue with your casual relationship any more.The only way to find out and avoid any more confusion is to talk to him, only he knows what he is feeling. Why not meet up in a coffee shop, somewhere relaxed, you say you didnt want to be first to make contact but its the best possible way to solve this confusion without speculating about his reasons. Hope it all turns out for the best for you. Take care.
