sometimes women can have very light periods, some have heavy periods. It really depends on what your body feels like doing. I, myself have had a light period once before. Then the next time it came it was heavy. Wait till your next due for your period. If it doesnt come, give it another week and then do a pregnancy test.

 It is possible to get pregnant whilst on your period. Your period getting lighter is not a sure sign either way. Get a pregnancy test to be sure and put your mind at rest.
