I feel kinda down......I hung out with my cousins instead. I really don't have that many friends....and I didn't want to get drunk (because that's what we would have done). I wanted to hang out with her.....but it seems that she wanted to hang with her friends (I guess she doesn't hang out with them that much). I'm disappointed though. It's not like I have an easy time picking up chicks......if I did, I'd dump her. But what should I do?

Hello,
It's only a month so don't worry. It;s too soon for her. However, next year will be different.

You should take a deep breath and realize just because she's your girlfriend doesn't mean everything she does should be centered around you.
You need to seriously consider your fundamental relationship principles, here. Because she didn't hang out with you on HER birthday, you would dump her if it were easier to find a new girlfriend? Would you expect her to dump you if you didn't hang out with her on your birthday? Sorry, this isn't how mature relationships work.
