Why did my boyfriend change his mind about moving in?

Question - (9 November 2009) 1 Answers - (Newest, 9 November 2009)
A female United States age 36-40, anonymous writes:

I live in a home where my needs are not met, and I'm stuck here until I can get on my feet.

My boyfriend wants to help because my living situation endangers my life at times.

We made plans that in a couple months we'll save money to get an apartment together and has sounded so excited about it, even picking out furniture.

Now he wants to wait over a year.

He knows my health/life is at jeopardy.

I went to visit my mom and dad for some time and just got back yesterday, they live 400 miles away, and he missed me so much he cried.

Now he's suggesting I move back in with them for awhile.

What's with the change of plans? What do the mean?

I told him I'll get my own place with my own money, and he wants to move in still...he just doesn't want to help out to save for an apartment.

I'm confused, this situation is hard to analyze.
