Well I was over at Mark's house and when Malik walked by me, Malik pulled my bra strap up, that had fallen onto my shoulder. I'm not to sure what he means by that or if I'm just reading too far into it. I like Malik alot and I want to be with him. He subtly flirts with me all all the time. Oh, and I'm a girl, fyi.

you're just reading into a simple action that probably means nothing.
while adjusting your bra strap is a fairly intimate act in my day and age, now in this society with women wearing their underwear to be seen not just as foundation garments i doubt it meant anything other than it was down and needed to be up...
adjust your straps so they don't fall down... straps that fall down do not give you the support you need...

Why would there be a problem?
I mean apart from that you may end up in something romantic but not bargained for.
