Why are you emailing a married man THREE times a week anyway?
Back off the emails and get a life of your own. I mean some friends, some new activities and stop hanging on every crumb of your interactions with a married man.

Maybe his wife already told him, maybe he glossed over that part of your email, maybe it didn't rank very highly on is list of things he must comment on, maybe he simply didn't think it required a response.
