I seem to never be happy with what i have. Not with items of possession with friends mostly. For example if im talking to lets say sally and im talking to her on the phone then hangup and go on a website where i can see what everyone is doing i become sad. I thinnk oh look theirs so and so and so and so going to a concert. why arent i invited? or if i see that so and so is with so and so i think why didnt they want to be with me but instead want to be with that person? i really want to know how to stop thinking in this sort of way becasue these thougts lead me to crying a lot and depression. How can i just be happy with the freinds i have and not always be jelouse of the friends i dont have? or when my other friends are out with other people i know?

You just got to try see things in a brighter light, just think to yourself how happy your own friends make you and why would you need better ones, if you cant stop thinking like this then just make more plans with your friends; get them to bring their friends and just start talking to them too, just dont forget about your old friends though because they are the ones who will make you. Good luck xx
