Well I am a 28 year old man, I have had a few failures in my life; been an average student; working in a gas station, put petrol in people's cars, although an MBA by qualification.. as I am looking for job, couldn't get one, so to survive I work in gas station.. it's been a humilating time..I am fat, hairy and getting old.. but I never had a girlfriend yet.. some say my looks are bad, some say I am shy.. rest have their own reasons..I often wonder why this happens, I mean is it wrong that I am 28, still single.. I am a good natured guy, but maybe that's not enough..Just wanted to share my problem with someone,so I wrote to you..

If you want to make a change to your lifestyle then try looking at improving physically. Get to a gym (or work out at home), change your diet, sort out the excess hair, buy some new clothes for your new body (you don't need to spend a fortune to get some good quality clothes) and before long you'll be looking a fitter, better looking, younger version of yourself.
Although women are probably less judgemental when it comes to looks than men are, it is still looks that will initially catch a woman's eye and get your proverbial foot in the door.
Think of it this way, if you look fantastic, it attracts a girls attention and then they also find out that you are a good guy. You'll suddenly feel much more in demand, I'm sure. Taking care of your looks will also boost your confidence and 6 or 12 months in the future, you'll look back on this question and realise how bad you were back then and how much different you are.
You're only 28 - such a great age, don't waste it being overweight, shy, un-confident and like you aren't making the most of life. Make the decision to make some changes, you can do it:)

A well looked after body with good hygiene are valuable aspects to a man.
