Why am I having dreams about being pregnant?

A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

My boyfriend and I have been dating for almost 9 months, we have never met each other, we met online and hit it off right from the start. We're very much in love although were both still teenagers (We'll both be 17 this summer). Next Christmas break he'll be coming to visit me for two weeks. His parents know about me, as my parents know about him. We know that when I turn 18 I'll be moving in with him and his dad and his step mom until I can afford a place, it's already been confirmed with everyone, him and I keep talking about having a baby together, something we both desperately want to make happen when he visits during Christmas break. But we aren't doing that because for one, we're two young and we know we aren't ready for that because we won't be able to support it as well as we'd like to. But what I'm concerned about it for the past 2-3 months I've been having dreams that I'm pregnant and they haven't bothered me until two nights ago when I had a dream that I was pregnant, and when I went into labor the baby was pre mature and I woke up from my sleep crying. I'm just curious on why I've been having these dreams. Is it because I'm excited to be a mother for when him and I do decide to have a baby or is it something else.

If your going to reply to this, please don't say how I'm not ready for a child, I know this, don't tell me something I already know.

BABIES : Babies tend to link with new circumstances and few feelings. They symbolise some fresh new mood of optimism. They can represent a new project or opportunity. They may simply represent something that is 'new' in your life.
