They're not 'dirty' thoughts . They're just sexual thoughts - which you are expected and entitled to have.
Also you're entitled to relieve your sexual needs with masturbation - why not ?
Why don't you tell her you think she's smart and pretty - and would she like to go to a move / have a dinner or whatever........... and see if it leads anywhere ?
If she says no, no harm done but you would be advised to try getting together with other girls, otherwise you might 'stick' at just masturbation and never get round to the real thing .....

It's natural, you're sexually attracted to her. Are you Christian? There is nothing "dirty" about being sexually attracted to her. You're at that younger age where you've started developing sexual feelings towards women.. it's the first stage in where you will eventually want to start sexual relationships with them.
I don't know why you would want to stop having sexual thoughts of her. That's like suppressing something that is natural. Just go with the flow and don't try to read too much in to it.

 Sounds like you are in lust with her. You are treating her just like some men look at glamour models in the papers or top shelf. Will she be safe with you when you meet up with her? I wouldnt let her know what you are doing until much later if you start having a nice relationship with her and get all this out in the open, otherwise you could scare her off.
