AuntyEm agony auntYou sound a little depressed. It happens often after divorce, whether you wanted things to end or not.

Unfortunately when you divorce someone, you lose the bad things but also anything good you enjoyed from the marriage. This can leave a bit of a hole in your life.

You just need to give yourself more time until your mind settles and you can think clearly. Getting over divorce is like recovering from illness, you have to be kind to yourself and soon your vitality will return.

If you feel yourself sinking further into depression you should go and talk to your doctor.
