hey hun, well you are young and wen you are this age, trying to please everyone and not hurting others is important wen your surrounded by peers. the truth is you cant always put your feelings after other people's. if you have hurt someone they will let you know and then you can say sorry, dont always be apologising for saying what you feel, alot of ppl appreciate this. if you think that it stretches further than this, and you feel that you need help, talk to someone you can trust ie a family member, best friend. i used to be like that wen i was your age, censoring wat i was saying and being scared of wat ppl would think wen i spoke my opinions, but you learn that ppl appreciate who you really are and your unique opinions. if you wanna talk more, just email me good luck xxx

Lol, its like looking into a mirror, i always thought that it was being sensitive, and i think thats partially the answer. I dont know if im right or wrong, but i'd just say that its just a natural instinct of being nice and being to sensitive when it comes to depressed people, i dont cry, i just feel really depressed, so i try and help them so i feel better =P.
