Not only did this manger harass me to do a job that wasn't mine to do for a company that I don't work for, when I took the bags and put them on the floor to complete my job he picked up the bags and throw them back at me. Bottom line my manager who likes to just fire people and my go along with management shop steward terminated me because I lightly pushed this aggressive manager out of my face because I felt threatened. Was I wrong I mean this man started the whole thing I was doing my job in my work area not doing anything wrong, now I'm out of a job.

Get on the phone and immediately consult an Employment Lawyer or go to the Citizens Advice Bureau and they will locate one for you. You can then sue for wrongful dismissal where you may have to go to a tribunal and explain what happened. 9 times out of 10 the company will not want it to get that far and will get ACAS involved and ACAS will negotiate for a sum of money for you from your company. How much you get will depend on length of service, your contract, your age and level of job. Your company will be deemed to be at fault if they have not followed their company procedures. Do you have a copy of your staff handbook. Normally a dismissal will take the effect of you receiving a verbal waring and then a formal warning and then a final written warning with you having time to put things they are not happy about right. If they are still unhappy you meet HR with a neutral person that you choose and they explain why they intend to dismiss you. Again you get a right of reply. If you were instantly dismissed this can normally only be for stealing, fraudelent activities, attacking someone etc. This very much bolis down to if the company's own rules were adhered too. An employment lawyer is a must. You will be very unlikey to get your job back but will likely get additional compensation for termination without following proper procedures.

Get a lawyer and sue for wrongful dismissal straight away. Make it really clear he made physical contact first.
If there are unions in your area, get them involved.
Do this NOW, don't waste a second. In these case the answer is ALWAYS, get a lawyer.
