I'm definitely too young a have little pride and joy in my arms. (baby) but if I ask my mom to take me to the health department she would I'm pregnant or want to have birth control to have sex safely. Well when me and my partner had sex it was unprotected and we did it for only 30 seconds cause I got really mad at him. Make sure you go see the doctor. It can be that the cramps are bad or worse due to stress, but I really recommend you go see a doctor as soon as possible.
Like Griffo said, you are not a doctor, it could be nothing it could be something. Make an appointment and go.

You need to have a chat to your mum immediately she will understand, just be honest and tell her how you feel. You really shouldn't self diagnose yourself, only a professional can do that and give you a proper explanation.
Do it now before its too late. And you develop something worse.
