On one of those days it was kind of rough, and later on when I used the restroom I noticed some spotting. I felt like it may have torn a little bit down there. It has been almost three weeks since we have. Last night, after it did....used restroom and saw the tiniest dots of blood. I have only been with him and he has only been with me...not STD's. What do you think this is from, just tearing? I just thought it would have taken care of itself at this point. I'm on birth control, he uses protection, spermicide...Thank you for any advice.

Since then, a night or so ago was the first time since we had sex since then. That is why I was confused as to why i even had the tiniest dot of blood when the sex this time was not rough...

Ahh, the sexual equivalent of RUG BURNS!
I agree with the others here -- if you're having near-constant rabbit-sex, this isn't anything to be alarmed about, especially if you had a rough session. Our lady business is delicate!
However, if you're worried, and there are other symptoms of itching, burning, rash, warts, things not feeling right, or prolonged spotting, a trip to the Ob/GYN will get an expert analysis of what's going on there for you.
I would recommend, like the others said, give it a few days recovery to let yourself heal up some. Pay attention to your hygiene too, because tearing or spotting can add the risk of infection. So wash thoroughly, and feminine wipes are a good idea too for between washings!

Slight tearing is actually super common during rough sex. Unless you notice any severe pain or prolonged/heavy bleeding that you're SURE isn't your period, I'm sure you're 100% fine. You might be a little sore for a day or two but you'll be okay soon.
