Any pharmacy based store (Boots for instance) that sells things like deodrants will sell KY.
May be a bit more comfortable applying it to the penis rather than inside yourself, but either way works ok.

And P.S. It's not edible so don't go down on him after you've applied it. Do that beforehand.

In the US it's available at Walmart, and all the pharmacies carry it over-the-counter. It's usually back in the area where tampons and condoms are sold. You can use it immediately before sex. I'd try applying it to her vagina, or your penis before penetration. Just don't use too much because you'll create a way-too-slippery sensation that will make it difficult to feel anything once you start sex. Good luck.

Anywhere sells it.. walmart osco.. wherever the condoms are.. which is usually near the menstrual pads... just a note... NEVER use vaseline and condoms.. the petroleaum jelly in vaseline eats condoms and makes them inefective in preventing pregnancy or sexually transmitted diseases.. Its a fact so please be careful.. just a thought though..if you are having trouble lubricating on your own. sometimes that is your mind telling your body its not what you really want.. if that is not the case spend a little more time in foreplay.. good luck..

take care

The jelly is thicker and lasts longer. There is also liquid and what KY calls Silk-E. Astroglide is much like the KY liquid. The Silk-E is the most slippery and has no taste. My wife and I like the Silk-E the best, but it is the hardest to find. They all work very well. They are all water soluble and wash off with just warm water. In the United States and Canada they are available in a pharmacy (drug store). I don't where you would look for it. Besides the application methods that martini lists, you can also put on your fingers and apply it to the outside and inside of your vagina.

Since it's a water-based lubricant, it can dry up pretty fast if left out in the open air. So I suggest you use it right when you're about to have intercourse. As a female, you can squirt some into your vagina, or you can simply apply it all over your guy's penis.
