On to the issue, I' wouldn't say I'm high maintance, but I would say I have high standards. So I don't easily fall, infact I hardly ever fall. I did once and am still having the hardest time getting over the guy. We have been talking for YEARS. We were once physically involved together years ago but now we only talk as friends. Or conversations and interactions with each other are ackward becuase the attraction and tension is obvious(as odserved by mutual friends). My question is, why won't he take a chance with me again? It's like a constant torture event everytime we flirt and then don't talk for a couple of weeks or even months.

I did all of this because I was immature, young at the time, and heard he was playing a number of girls. But he never once acted like her cared that much when we were together so it's hard for me to think that I hurt him.
