Ughhh! I'm tired of hormones! I got my period two years ago, and ever since they've been amping up. When are they going to calm down? I don't enjoy being all moody and angry, etc.

A female reader, MissDesire United States +, writes (22 January 2009):

MissDesire agony auntHello there,

I would definitely talk to your doctor about this, you many have PMS or another hormonal imbalance which is causing these kind of mood swings. You shouldn't feel like this just because you have started your period. Your doctor might recommend putting you on a hormone suppliment or even birth control to even out your hormones. Don't continue to be miserable, you don't need to be!

Cheers!
