Is there any way to speed up this process? I know THC is stored in fats, so if I went running and burned some fat maybe? Or I read above that drinking cranberry juice is good. I know it is a diuretic but does that really have any affect on the THC levels at that point? The only reason I ask is because I play collegiate tennis, and I notice I dont play as well the day after I smoke. Thanks!

Hey i realise this was written a while ago but i feel like i should relpy anyway. Seeing as all anyone told you was 'don't do drugs'. Im no newbie when it comes to pot, i certainly know what its like to be super high, and from time to time iv woken up the next day feelin a little funny still. However me and a friend once smoked some crazy something, we were told it was pot but judging by our rections and how long it lasted I sure don't believe that it was just pot. We smoked early in the night and were high as f*** for a good four hours before we started to come down. We slept but weren't actually sure if we'd actually slept or if we had just laid there and spaced out. We woke up not feeling all that much better but by noon we were okay. I felt abnormal for the next three days and im still not sure if it was just brought on by the stress of the situation or if what we had was more than pot.Theres also the fact that too much pot can cause panic attacks in some people. .... but I think it just sounds like a bad mix of not taking ur pills and getting high....

ok i'm an ex stoner, and if your serious, that wasn't just therun of the mill stuff, drink grape juce, cranberry juce, any of that, allot of it, flush your system as fast as you can.
if youve only done it twice you shouldn't have any long term effects. Just don't do it again.

TO answer your question: If you were only smoking pot, you should have felt normal the next day. You are probably having symptoms from not taking your anxiety meds. Now, on the other hand, there is ALWAYS a possibility that the pot was soaked in (aka laced with) something else. It happens more often than not and as everyone has stated, drugs are dangerous. I'm sure you are just experimenting but I have seen Many people in my life completely ruined by "just smoking a little pot". You can not pass a drug test in order to get a job for 30 days after smoking pot and once you have failed a drug test for a company you are no longer an option as an employee. There are many downfalls to the path you are choosing. Your friends won't like you any less for not doing it. In the long run they will respect you more and look up to you because you will be the one who has it all together in the end when none of them will even be able to find a job.

while ever you have to take a drug to feel 'high', you will never be normal. You will just be on the statistics of a 'waster' and a druggy. What kind of 'friends' encourage this anyway. Tablets are the start of it, then before long you'll be injecting then thats it you won't even know who you are. Come on now, be sensible and stop now before you get full blown addicted. Find some other outlet to get a natural 'high' on, the planet is a beautiful place which a lot of people never bother to explore. Get your education, a good job, earn lots of money and be proud of yourself.
