writes: when is sex just sex for you, dear men (not talking about one night stands and casual hook-ups with women you don't really care about) and when do you know skip over that hill and make love to your partner? How does your behavior in bed change, before, during and after intercourse? Do you hold her tighter to you, do you kiss her differently, do you act in any way different or are those actions purely automatic and interchangeable? Here is why I ask: I recently slept with a man whom I've known for over 14 years and even though there has been a spark from the get-go, only recently did something happen. We live on opposite sides of the globe and see each other in person very rarely, but this last time the sex felt very very different. So, I'd like your advise on whether a possible explanation can be that he does feel something deeper than a separated sexual attraction, perhaps even attachment and love, or am I creating a "story" in my pretty little head?

I am questioning whether this man is pulling away from you or getting closer. The chances of this relationship lasting from afar are slim.

sex is getting on the team love is winning the pennant,
sex is funny picture making love is a masterpiece.
Whether a guy has sex or makes love probably depends on the girl and the guys state of mind.
Love makes you vulnerable men tend to fight the urge to fall in love where as women fall alot easier.
you need trust for love so i would say if a man makes love to you he trust you.
well thats all can think up rite now

Sex and making love with each other are different. Perhaps your man has the same question running around in his handsome head?
To me, as a man, sex is pretty much 15 minutes of fame.
The most enjoyable thing is the emotional connection, and so its going to be far more intimate and take a great deal more time than 15 minutes.
Trying to step into the shoes of your gentleman lover, if he truly does love you, and this was that rare occasion to savor, I'd say he made love with you if it felt THAT good.
