I'm not in a big relationship but I do love this guy. But when I talk to other men I just seem to fall for them too and I don't know what to do. Can you help me?

A female reader, smeedle United Kingdom +, writes (26 February 2006):

smeedle agony auntYou fall in and out of love very easily by the sound of it, are you a little insecure, do you fall in love at the drop of a hat (nothing wrong with that as long as you realise what you are doing) and do you have a short but very intense relationship?

Take a look at why you feel you instantly love these blokes, do you feel safe and secure with them, do you want everything from them instantly, do you sleep with them almost on first date ?

If any of these are true you just need to step back and take a good look at why you follow this behaviour, what are you looking for that you find in a man.

Try and slow the relationships down, give yourself and them space and dont tell them you love them first, practice this and in time it will be second nature.

Learn to love yourself first!!
