There's this mechanism that prevents it. If you don't believe me, have a wank into the toilet and then try to pee afterwards. I guarantee it'll take a few minutes to get the flow going, and even then it'll take a fair bit of concentration!

Climax sensations vary with everyone. But it's not uncommon to feel you have to pee. Many woman feel the same too. It just takes some getting used to.
