If its not your first time or at least one of your first times, no it's not especially a good thing. It could be something. Actually I was reading something today, I think it was on planned parenthood's site in the STD section about blood after sex, it was in one of the symptoms of one of the STD's...
In any case if you aren't sure about something like that,and you obviously aren't because your asking, it's in your best interest to talk to your doctor about it.
