 She doesn't want a relationship but she wants to be get off buddies (in which you're not of legal age to be consenting to any kind of sex. That age is 16 in Britain.) yet you're concerned about kissing her? Sweetie, off buddies doesn't mean a relationship, it means she wants oral sex, or any other kind of sex and that's it. No hand holding, calling/texting her all the time, saying "I love you", no kissing, none of that..That would be a relationship which she doesn't want, she just wants SEX and nothing else. Since you like her, don't agree to this "get off buddies" business, it will only confuse and hurt you in the long run once it's over or she finds a boyfriend. Firmly tell her, if she likes you then she'll go out with you. Don't settle for less than you want.
