(let's call him K2 cause they have the same name) I told K no, but he kept pressing. Then he started asking if I liked other guys and when I said no to everyone, he's starts asking if I liked K2 again. But he's smiling at me and teasing me, when he knows I don't like K2.Why is he doing this? Is he interested or..?

Yeah, that is a lot of asking. It looks like either he was just asking to mess with you or he really likes you. Honestly, he sounds like he's giving some hints.
If you're interested in him, maybe giving some hints back will be good. Or like repetitive-edge said, see how he acts around you. And trance has a good point, he's young, probably inexperienced, wants to see if he has a chance. I remember being silly sometimes.
I say if you're interested, give it a try. Drop some hints, maybe he dones like you too.
Good luck, and I hope it goes well.

He is being indirect about asking you out and is potentially seeking an exclusive relationship, thats why he's asking you if you like other guys. Just straight out ask him what he's looking for in you. Hope this helps :)
