Your boobs sound like mine, heh.
There is nothing wrong with them. All boobs are different - different sizes, different shapes, for different people.
Most natural boobs are't perfectly round and perky - they only become so through surgery and Photoshop.
Cleavage, as Tisha has said, is something achieved through well structured underwear and the type of clothing you wear.
In any case, at your age, odds are your boobs are still growing. They may well change as you get older.
Don't fret about it. The size and shape of your boobs is not important. They'll take care of themselves, and you don't need to worry.

There's nothing wrong with your boobs. They're normal. Boobs come in all shapes and sizes. If you're looking at fashion magazines, well, I hate to tell you this, but lots of the boobs there are fake ones. The ones that look like circles probably have a pouch of saline or silicone under the skin, surrounded by a bit of scar tissue. Some boobs point up, some boobs point down, some point kind of out to the sides. Some are rounder than others, some are pointier than others. Some women have boobs that are different sizes, one is larger than the other. They are all individual and all beautiful in their own way!
Cleavage is normally achieved with a bra pushing things together, I doubt there are very many women with natural cleavage when they have nothing on. The tops and dresses they wear make a difference too.
So my guess is that you're completely normal. And don't compare yourself to the pictures in the magazines, they are taped and airbrushed and fixed up to look perfect, even if they are not.

Cone shaped are more normal, they probably droop a bit as well. Just like mine. Stop comparing yourself to the fake women in magazines and television. They're not real, real women's breasts come in all sizes and shapes and are perfect just as they are. Just like you are.
